What if the woman was raped is she going to be forced to have that child?
What if the pregnancy may kill the mother do we tell her good luck?
What if the child has horrible medical issues do they still have to have the child?

Now you are being silly

Silly again

quote:

What if the child has horrible medical issues do they still have to have the child?

Then it is up to the parents

I don't understand why it has to be so difficult. You want to set the parameters in which to kill a child but you don't like it when someone else has a different set of parameters.

How is it silly? Im asking an honest question. Do you want all abortion to be illegal or will there be waivers for certain cases, like I asked about.

What's being silly is thinking that those issue won't come up.

" You want to set the parameters in which to kill a child but you don't like it when someone else has a different set of parameters."

Isn't this the same as your parameters being " no abortion "but you don't like it when someone has a different set of parameters for society?

I'm against abortion but why should I get to tell others they have to abide by my feelings?

How long will the jail sentence be for a woman who is raped who chooses to have an abortion?

So all a woman has to do to get a legal abortion, in your mind, is name someone a rapist until after the abortion? At which point she can withdraw the accusation, or choose not to prosecute.

Seems a pretty large loophole there, champ.

No at that point she would have filed a false police report and she should be charged. I'm not sure why adult life is so hard for liberals.

Seems to work well enough in other circumstances.

Or her memory confused her, since it was such a traumatic event. Not a DA in the country who wants that case.

Words have meanings and laws have specific verbiage for a reason

If someone rapes a women do our laws allow her to kill that person a few days later? No of course not. Abortion should be illegal under all circumstances.

That is where the discussion always goes off the rails. She wasn't a willing participant in that situation and should get a morning after pill.

Has absolutely nothing to do with the legal definition of murder, but it sounded great!

"Change the word abortion to murder in your post and see how it sounds. "

Changing the word is based off of opinion. You and I see it as murder others don't.

So you agree that abortion should not be absolute and that there are some warranted abortions?
