Yep - IMO the narrative for us needs to be
A) Biden is ignoring the law now and he'll sign anything that takes heat off him because he can just keep flagrantly disregarding that too
B) The immigration debate hinges on the asylum debate and the left's attempt to redefine asylum as "anyone who shows up and wants in." Healthy single men from all over the world showing up are not asylum seekers, they're people trying to evade our laws. Unfortunately, I rarely hear Republicans talking about it.

Trump had BOTH houses of congress his first two years in office. He did not stop Illegal Immigration, no mass deportations, never attempted to breach the validity of 'birthright citizenship', wall wasn't built and Mexico didn't pay for it. Why on earth would you think we should elect a guy again who couldn't get anything accomplished with both houses under Republican rule? What is the point of electing a guy who is so disliked his own party won't work with him? Trump had 4 years and was an absolute failure on Illegal Immigration.

That's not an explanation for what I asked about.
What good is Trump if he's only accountable when there's already enough votes in congress to get his shite done done?
Is the establishment going to wave the white flag when we elect Trump in November? I'm pretty sure it won't, so will it just be 4 more years of not getting shite done?
I act like he was a Republican president and had Republican control in the house and senate, and he should have been able to get the wall completed.
Trump shoveled cash at the establishment hand over fist. He took the knee on so many things for the establishment, he couldn't get $10B to complete the wall out of them? He's a dealmaker.
How fricked up is the American Right when it's "embarrassing" to think a Republican president that got more votes than any other Republican in history can lead the Republican party that's in control of congress to do something the vast majority of Republican voters want - the wall completed, seriously, if that's "embarrassing" there is something very wrong with Trump's base.

Without some help in both the HOR and Senate no one with a R besides his name will be able to fix ALL of what needs fixing. As it stands the RINO's and Dems control. That will need to change in order for the next POTUS to be really successful regardless of who it is.

Can Trump change the Rinos? Congressmen that are elected by voters that overwhelmingly want the wall completed and border fixed, can Trump bring them in line. Not 100% of them, but enough of them to get shite done?
I think he can. He's smart, persuasive - and he has Republican votes behind him.
I don't think it's too great an expectation for Trump to make that kind of effort.
