it was serious, but i'm not sure devastating is the right word. one person in my entire extended network died and one other was on a ventilator and later recovered. both of them were old and neither in great physical shape. no one else i know or knew was even hospitalized. but it was pretty serious in the grand scheme of things i suppose. however, that does not detract from the fact that the response was still a massive political attack that seized the opportunity to take advantage of a crisis (a crisis that they mostly made up).
And that person was murdered bc the medical industry followed orders to deny them access to IVM & HCQ.

it was so bad that it totally wiped out reported cases of cold and flu for all of 2020 & 2021.
yeah - this was the clincher in my opinion.
Anyone who died was racked up as a "COVID death"
No rational person could have taken that as anything other than purposeful propaganda.
I hate these people.

You now have two cultures operating with diametrically opposed belief structures in the same geography
We have had two main different cultures since the country's inception and before.
It's just cycling back to being more pronounced in division.

If the damn nurses weren't so busy, they could have helped them?
Or did more Tic Tok videos.

What people really forget (or face brain rot over) is how bad that first wave of Covid was. We had years of weaker variants to fog our memory of how devastating the original CV19 was
It killed the old, the weak and the sick (comorbidities). But, instead of just "quarantining" them, TPTB shut the whole fricking world down.

China is not release Covid on purpose a-hole. China is intentionally spread Covid to the entire World a-hole.
Actually, you don’t know whether it was released on purpose or not.
I lean towards purposeful. Their economy had been struggling. COVID hit, they were printing money supplying the world with medical supplies.
