The “heterosexual AIDS epidemic” is certainly a myth.
Heterosexual people can catch it but it tends to require a blood transfusion, IV drug use, or certain activities with an infected individual (typically something involving micro cuts like unprotected anal sex).

Yup. If 2 straight non-drug users are fricking and no transfusions are in play............one of them getting AIDS is damned near fool proof evidence they were banging ANAL.
The number of straight intercourse hetero transmissions in ALL OF HISTORY is STILL probably lower than the number of gay Americans that got it in the first year.
