All of this.
I don't understand why being critical of Trump on a single issue or a handful, but overwhelmingly supporting him and the fact that he's far and away better than anything the D's have somehow equates to: TDS, Flaming Lib, Pro-Iranian, OMB.

And then say, "we should never have gotten involved with them producing longe range ballistic missiles and nuclear bombs".
Huh??????
Exactly.
The disconnect is strong with some of these self-proclaimed know-it-all's.

Did we take out the nuclear materials last June in Midnight Hammer as claimed? If so, why are we involved again?
If we didn't, we were lied to, and why not tactical strikes once again?
Why are ballistic missiles that can't go any further than lower Europe our concern? Let israel, the ME partners, and the EU deal with it.

No... But Trump gets a pass right? Because its Trump

I don't think any leader gets a pass. Has he done or said some stupid shite, absolutely.
This conflict has been brewing for years and only he has the balls to take it head on.
Mistakes happen, end it and GTFO and call it a day.

This again? Neither the EU nor UK cut off Lloyd’s insurance - Lloyds did. And they did it for the exact same reason you’d have done it if it was named “cajunangelle’; because you would not have wanted to lose money.

Agreed. It's impossible for anyone to know because we don't have access to the huge amounts of intelligence and discussions with other ME countries.

You don’t go to war unless war is a means by which you can reasonably accomplish your objectives. You don’t go to war unless you have the resources, strategy, and popular support to accomplish your objectives. If you are lacking any one of those things, you should not initiate a conflict without first shoring it up.
Trump knew he didn’t have the support at home for a ground war. He should have known that an air campaign would not be sufficient to accomplish his goals. As such, he should have been honest about his intentions from the start and made a case to the American people for a ground war. He didn’t do that because Americans don’t want that.
Seeing as a full scale war was not a realistic option due to the low likelihood of galvanizing support, after the Euros (the ones actually in the crosshairs of an Iranian nuclear tipped ballistic missile strike) refused to help meaning a lower scale conflict was unlikely to succeed, Trump should have let Iran be their problem.

Link to what? We don’t need a link to know that a for-profit company will try to protect their profits. You’re the one asserting a weird conspiracy by the UK and EU to drive up oil prices that hurt the UK and EU. You provide a link!
I don’t understand what you think I’m asserting. I’m certainly not asserting it, though. The reason I think the UK took a neutral position on the Iran war is because:
1. They were deeply offended that they were not consulted (A wise move by Trump, because they would have leaked.)
2. They have a lot of Muslim voters now.
3. They are probably being bribed by the Iranians.
But the larger point is that Loyds is not motivated by what’s best for Britain; they are driven by what’s best for their shareholders. Can you picture Amazon doing what’s best for America even though it costs them profits? Chevron? Any company?

Dude. I watched Morning Joe show this morning so you all don’t have to because I’m visiting family who actually likes that moron. The way MSNBC is spinning the Iran conflict is incredible, straight from the Iranian leadership’s perspective. The anti-Trump paranoia/propaganda and TDS is cranked up to 11 right now. They are presenting it as if Iran is just dominating Trump.

Right. From ballrooms to reflecting pools and everything in between. And then they say Trump always gets a pass.

On this board, 99% of the time.
This board eats up anything and everything Trump says. The man can do no wrong!
