Nebraska Senator Megan Hunt is a despicable waste of air

Jake Gardner was ruled self-defense until they caved to mob rule and brought in a special prosecutor to present only the evidence they wanted to a grand jury.
His father was being attacked, he went to help him, men mobbed around him, he warned them verbally, he warned them with warning shots after showing he was armed, 2 ran off, Spurlock comes up behind and puts him in a chokehold, Gardner fires and hits Spurlock in the Clavicle.
There couldn't be a more cut-and-dry case of self-defense.

I look forward to reading about the ALM & 2A activists demonstrating in front of her place of business (says she's a small business owner) and making it "uncomfortable" for her customers to do business with her, which will be followed up by the same crowd gathering on the street outside her home with bullhorns, banging on trash can lids to make sure she and her neighbors are properly "uncomfortable" until she relents and supports a person's right to defend themselves when a man convicted of 3 (or 4?) felons is choking the life out of you.
