Emergency powers? What kind of emergency would require special powers to be granted to a friggin school superintendent?

This would be totally illegal in Alabama. They don't have sunshine laws in NC?

What's the law in N.C.? I'm Louisiana, I believe they can only meet privately to discuss personal matters.

When these school brd "members" are having their "meetings" perhaps their homes will meet with an unfortunate "accident" .
