There is truly sad that not one person has countered anything I’ve said as non-factual.

I thought you stated you knew nothing about the Dems and were not following? Of as you say Walz is evil, then why isn't your pompous and condescending arse fixated on him in a thread? Why are you discussing burdens of proof for an issue that is solely about public opinion. Nobody is claiming he committed any crime. Nobody is claiming he committed a tort. You claimed the evidence is greater than most evidence needed for a criminal conviction. I call BS. If you have 30 years of lawyering in the criminal law world you would know about things like laying a foundation. You’re simply trusting what CNN told you.

You do understand the standard for discovery in libel cases, right? You know the defense basically has carte Blanche to try and uncover ANY skeleton there may be, whether it pertains to the controversy at hand or not, right? If you had 30 years of legal experience you would have know that.
