If this man were a democrat it would be a nonissue, he would be held up as a victim of a right wing smear campaign. Is there anything in the recent past that would support the claims of degeneracy against Robinson?

He had an ice cube’s chance in hell of winning Governor anyway, but Trump’s loud support of this perv until now could cost him NC and maybe the election. Trump said he was “MLK on steroids” along with a bunch of other nonsense that Harris will hammer home there

I’m not a lawyer. So take it from there.
The burden of proof in a libel case is on the plaintiff. I have read enough on this case to know Robinson would get rolled and his campaign is a sinking ship. The RNC (aka Democratic Party Right) knows it, his staff knows it and nowhere do you see Trump nor Vance standing up for him,
I only gave 3 open sources as tertiary evidence…since I’m not prosecuting or defending this case, I have no need to cite additional info. I definitely invite YOU to refute the evidence against Robinson (which you will not be able to with prevalence) but go ahead,

Nobody cares about this. Trump continues to poll strongly in NC while Robinson gets worse. Trump will win NC.

Robinson is going to lose, but this isn't why. He's just another example of the fact that MAGA-only candidates can't win outside of safe seats/races when they try to be Trump-lite.
MAGA candidates who run campaigns that makes sense for their constituency win. MAGA candidates that go on FNC and otherwise try to act like Donald Trump when they are not in fact Donald Trump....lose.
It isn't hard to figure out.

I’m very aware. The burden of proof in a civil action always in the plaintiff. What you were not aware of is the very wide net a defendant can cast in discovery in a libel case. Nothing someone for libel is not an admission of guilt. Only a complete moron with zero legal acumen would make such a claim.

I don't think he is a whack job, honestly. I think he took the total and complete wrong approach to his campaign. Which is something that many MAGA candidates in swing elections unfortunately choose.
They don't seem to realize that they are not, in fact, Donald Trump. He is the only person who can act and speak as he does and win votes.
