The Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) is one powerful body, per their name, they approve pipelines throughout the US.

I was looking at the approval rate of projects in millions of cubic feet of gas transport for the last few years. Under the previous administration, annually there were 2-3 trillion cubic feet of gas volume approvals. Under Trump its approaching 13 trillion cubic feet. This, combined with rolling back the clean water act is a huge plus, hugely.

This is a BIG deal, currently there is a huge bottleneck getting gas transported, NOT out of the ground. Particularly getting the gas out of the way in Texas to get at the oil.

Once these projects are completed it will take energy to the next level. Amazing what can happen when common sense is back in our govt.

Or putting America’s interest ahead of other countries who’ve donated millions to your campaign.

Too much gas, not enough pipe. Its good to see it being addressed.

I was reading about the company that poached all the Cheniere guys and they are freaking amazing. In 2023, they’ll own the upstream properties, the midstream gas lines and the liquefaction facilities/LNG tankers for their operation. Each management position (except for 2 that I noticed) will be former Cheniere guys. Pretty amazing overall that they assembled such a force.

The CEO from Cheniere was canned by the Board about 3 yrs ago. Tellurian is Souki’ssecond go and he hired over a chunk of his former mgmt team.

Cheap energy will easily offset any tariffs needed for national security or negotiation reasons.

And will dampen energy exploration.

As a natural gas trader, I approve of Trumps handling of the nat gas industry and he is unleashing the next great energy boom for the US.

Business is good, Thank you President Trump.

What company poached them from Cheniere? I do work with them and would love to know where they went so I can get business with the new company?

How am I making money? Lots of ways. Asset managemnt agreements, taking advantage of basis blow outs, speculating in the financial markets...just to name a few.

Why do you ask?

Oh great.
An apologist for the destruction of Appalachia starts a thread.

Clean water. Heck no.

Just push trees, mud, dirt down the mountain and fill up creeks so nothing flows in summer.
Tear off mountain tops to get the coal. That's what you get with your kind of policy.

Its not just gas. Its total energy exploitation as fast as possible with zero looking out for future. Only money. now.

As we have seen over the last several years energy companies are better stewards of the land than environmentalists.

It was amazing how quickly GIS recovered. I was long natural gas last winter. LEAP short, and barely got out break even. Same thing July expiry, except LEAP short, and GIS recovered.

BOIL has become predictable thread flashbacks from the MB. Except I never dealt with BOIL.

It is the widow maker for a reason. I have made more than I lost, but I have given up large chunks of profit in very short periods of time.

You said you were a nat gas trader. I was just wondering how you were making money trading with little volatility?
