Sex is a beautiful act between 2 people, no greater bond between 2 people than anally fisting your partner

Ok, then what happens to the millions of kids that your kids will have to fight with later on that stayed and were indoctrinated?

Demonic evil is void of rational logic. By it's nature it ALWAYS takes the absurd, simply because to accept truth would mean acceptance of the origin of absolute truth. Truth being the One Triune All Knowing Omnipotent God.

They don't make any sense, and the demoniacs in this administration want it that way.

Education shite. Like how to read. How to add. What happened in history. The table of elements.

I mean, you just covered a few kindergarten and 1st grade standards. A middle school science standard.

There are 12 years worth of education for kids to get through. I’m just curious what 16-18 year olds should be doing in my English class if we’re not teaching academic inquiry through various theoretical lenses. I get that indoctrinating specific political and religious dogma is inappropriate for school, but outside of a few nut jobs, the curricula being taught in America isn’t founded on making children left wing soldiers.

Is this a serious question? Here are just a handful of English curriculum ideas:

- Debating Skills
- Speech writing and delivery
- Creative/Persuasive Writing
- Analysis of written works [Motifs, Symbolism, Allegories]
- Greek Philosophy - Socrates, Plato, Aristotle
- Shakespeare
- Roman/Greek mythology

ON AND ON.

Did I ever mention CRT once and how everything is RACIST in America? No.

Let's also not conflate English with History. Two entirely different studies.

This isn’t a serious question and you’re not a serious person. If you can’t find content to fill your class without indoctrinating students, you should quit teaching immediately.

Okay, sounds good. We do those things. But breaking down how they're taught and practiced, outside of introductory lessons which can start as early as 5th grade for those topics, the value in them are lost if they remain surface level. They become redundant.

For rhetoric (lumping speech, debate, and argumentative writing together), performing a basic rhetorical analysis loses meaning when it's just identifying and listing rhetorical appeals. Critical thinking is utilizing those skills to craft an argument on an exigent topic. For example, a student might perform a rhetorical analysis on Andrew Tate and how his message is crafted to reach an intended audience of teenaged to college aged males. The argument might be that Andrew Tate's rhetoric effectively motivates males to develop negative, hateful views about women. Now, we can research and investigate further on this topic, and we arrive at a particular word: misogyny. Go deeper? We're getting into feminist studies.

While the standards may simply say "derive conclusions from rhetorical analysis," in-depth critical thinking will sometimes lead to topics and concepts that are labelled left wing. Sometimes not. It might go the other way.

I guess what I'm trying to say is that maintaining neutrality in a classroom that teaches research, inquiry, and critical thinking is going to be difficult. My role is to teach the skill, but where they take it is varied.

This is obviously straying from the OP's original topic, but I've been curious when reading the Poli Board about how public education is just a breeding ground for Marxism. I don't see it in the curriculum standards at all.

I don't think you comprehended the post in the slightest. Sounds like you could benefit from attending some public education classes!

I understood all of it. You pretended to need a comprehensive curriculum in my response to your pretend initial inquiry.

You’re a fricking idiot. I hope you have a good pension plan in your district.

There are a lot of stupid people here

There is a reason the poli board is laughed at by all of the other forums in this site

At least half the people that post here are legit morons who are just angry at the world

Wait - Andrew Tate, the social media influencer? Is this what schools today are studying?

Here's my take: Stick with the classics. This is not difficult.

What are the classics? Who decided we should study them? Why those particular choices?

This is hilarious. Unintentionally so. But definitely hilarious.
