Well what do you call it when you codify into law a certain amount of migrants are allowed into the country and giving the president the authority to change that by executive order. It is just writing the status quo into law.

If I was getting on cause I’d say shot down but regardless the chances you survive any helicopter crash of any kind natural problems with it, pilot error. Attack, etc are extremely small

Missed it, I thought you were saying Trump was delaying this and it would "solve" the issue by codifying it, my bad.
By the way, its far worse than advertised, the 5,000 IS ONLY for non contiguous country of origin illegals, meaning Mexicans, and anyone deemed to be Mexican, are not counted against the 5K limit. And as you said, it doesnt matter anyway the president will just raise the quota each day it gets close, and we will not know. It the new "standing" executive order. homeland will have a stack of xeroxed executive orders and just fill in the date.
