Guess who Olivia Hill replaced:

She sued Meharry Medical School (an HBCU) for discrimination and has sued the state over their law banning cities from voting for sanctuary city policies.
I blame teh State, though. They keep offering tax incentives and infrastructure support for these west coast companies like Oracle, Starbucks to move huge operations to NAshville.
