I said, there wasn’t a crime. The facts and circumstances indicates the noose wasn’t there to intimidate Wallace.
My point is that they were right to have an investigation and in the circumstances they were just hyper sensitive
Also that just hanging a noose to intimate can be a crime, but that was a real side tangent.

NASCAR said they checked every stall at every track and this is the only one like that and only 11 total even had loops tied at the end. Most were just ropes.

that is a noose but that's NOT the knot that was tied on those ropes to make a pull handle which was CLEARLY seen in the pictures taken earlier.
