When can we start celebrating white excellence?

Because 95% of excellence in STEM is white/Asian male.

It's the norm.

If you look at the most impactful work in any of these fields it's without fail males who are white or Asian.

Once in a rare while you get a white woman.

https://scholargps.com/highly-ranked-scholars

The highest ranked woman is Dresselhaus at 97 with another white female in the 130s and one more each in the 150s and 170s.

Other than that wall to wall white and Asian males.

And it stays even at the lower levels.

It's the irony of calling something "Black Excellence"

It's obvious that it falls far short of normal excellence.

Why TF does a science agency need DEI?

You would think they'd have enough on their plate with muslim outreach. Their true mission.

Also, why does a “scientific” agency need to LIE because of politics? Aren’t we groomed that it’s “science” always, as if that justifies the lie. This is just a microcosm of their whole MO

“Science” has become just another bastardized tool for the Left to promote its political causes.

The only thing the Left is truly interested in advancing …is Leftism.

All these Indians need to go back. They are not American and never will be. Taking advantage of people is a virtue to them and they worship monkeys. Go make India great!

I have so many questions. I’m inclined to believe the decision was hasty, or based on something unrelated. I’ve never seen an Indian selected for a DEI position, yet this woman survived in the role for four years without a single protest about cultural appropriation?

Something doesn’t add up.

Agreed, very strange

Too many people conflate DEI with "black". Women are huge beneficiaries of DEI policies.

Yup, in STEM there aren't enough black males with STEM degrees to really make any impact in the population.

There are tons of women taking massive advantage of it.

Especially white women.

They make shitty code for 2 years, move into a "metrics" or "Scrum" role, and then are in management in 6.

There are exceptions, there always have been. There are damn good female engineers and developer. But the majority of them chase management since they don't want to cut it.

They were fed into a HS/College STEM program, a recruiter went after them to sign up. Lots of males to help with homework and study groups.

Just no love for it for most of them.

In unrelated news...

2 Falcon 9 rockets successfully launched and returned their boosters in 1 day. One from the West coast, the other from the East coast.

But yay NASA.

Will they fire whoever tried to "hide" her? Those are the real villains in this story.

Hopefully, but my guess is half the company was involved in chicanery
