The Dow Jones made its all-time high on Feb12 So if Pelosi's husband bought in mid Feb he's taken a big hit.
And the top secret info that caused all the insider trading allegations on Capital hill was given out on January 24.

Ok dickhead. Even though Zoom is classified as information technology/software I'll give you two more if it makes you happy. Take Two and Citrix. A purchase of any of those stocks in the last half of February would be extremely profitable. Now run along.

The Dow is an index. It can be down and some individual stocks be up.
Also, only 30 companies are part of the Dow.
