by not allowing the DNI to release the "whistleblower" information as required by law.
The thing is, hearsay negates the whistleblower claim meaning it is not covered by the law in question.
This is how I understand it anyway.
So, this "inpeechmint inquiry" is based on a lie.

Since the whistleblower only has secondhand information, would any of this be allowed in a real court? How can you base an impeachment on somebody spreading gossip?

Not going to claim to be an expert in the Intelligence Community Whistleblower Act, but in general, you are pretty fricking worthless as a whistleblower without independent personal knowledge of wrongdoing. Could be circumstances where hearsay could be included in complaint if otherwise independently verified.

I do. I’m fairly moderate and was feeling disillusioned with Trump, but this crap makes my blood boil. My husband and I graduated in the height of recession disguised as recovery. Can you direct me to where hearsay negates a whistle blower claim? I'd like to learn more about this.

While funny, that’s not really true. Many lawyers and doctors are dem, but they probably won’t give until it actually hurts.
