She didn’t, she just ran away. We have been hearing many cases police are not Responding to such incidents anymore since they are understaffed.

You get your 12 gauge( you should have one)drive back to the gas station with her and see if they are still there.
You then call 911 and report them. If they approach your vehicle you take that 12 gauge and send them to Hell.

We just purchased a tactical shot gun, but we don’t have a carry permit. I thought about driving there myself now.

Do you expect police to be at every gas station?
Story sounds off. What do you mean they stalked her inside? Was she just paying for gas? Did they pull the knives inside the store? How did she have time to outrun them, open her door, get in, start the car, put it in gear, and drive off?

To my knowledge no carry permit is needed for a long gun.I am not telling you to go there and shoot them outright.
What I AM telling you is to go there ID them and call the police. Do not approach them, just see if they are there and make the report.
