Basically he attached himself to Wood, convinced Wood to fundraise for Kyle and eventually was able to get control of the donor list. He wormed his way in through security and now he controls the family via the money. Richards has said that he’s warned Kyle about his advisor. Barnes has been railing against him since the trail started. The fight back foundation doesn’t want him in charge of the 2 million. It’s all in the video

The amount of money needed to bail out Kyle from jail was raised and in their hands LONG before Kyle was released from jail. They chose, instead of paying the fee for a bail bondsman to put up the $2 million, to continue raising cash to pay for the bond without a bondsman to avoid the juice. This cost KYLE two months in jail unnecessarily.

First mistake is that you’re assuming wrong with the bond. In Wisconsin you have to raise 100 percent of the bail. You can’t bond out for a percentage like you can in some states. So if bail is 2 mill, you have to raise 2mill. You can’t pay 200k and be released. Secondly the facilitator of the bond transaction was an attorney named pierce who tacked on his own 400k fee. Look the name up, he’s also supposedly involved with many Jan 6th protestors still sitting in jail. So if Kyle sat in jail 2 extra months it really leads back to that guy. When Richards gave his post trail interview he mentioned the turning point in the case was getting rid of the first two lawyers, pierce and Wood. He was especially critical of pierce. That’s why Richards said Kyle had been turned I to a cause but no one was looking out for Kyle

Baloney. You can pay a fee to a bail bondsman who puts up the full amount of the bail in Wisconsin. They were trying to avoid paying that fee and that kept Kyle in jail unnecessarily longer than it needed to be.

Also while I appreciate he wants a nursing degree, go with the law instead, become a defense attorney, and then run for Governor of a red state. Kyle shouldn’t have been there, but I did dumber shite than that at 17 and the other people definitely shouldn’t have been there. Seems like a good kid all in all.

The bail money is entitled to be returned to the entity who posted it, which is FightBack. LW has stated it will be used for any stated legal purposes, in accordance with the law.

People gave money for Kyle. As it appears now, it seems Lyn Wood is 2 million dollars richer.

If he doesn't want his reputation tarnished for history, he will simply hand over the money to Kyle regardless of any noble intent he states he has for the money.

Bail was 2 million, 10% of that is 200k. Which is what you typically post.

Kyle needs the attorney Sandman has.

All he has to do is send a letter to MSNBC and CNN ...offers will be on the table immediately.

I want to see them go after Biden .....Hunter needs to pony up some cash to cover for the BOSS.

I'll counter with,

1. I gave money to them as it was stated it was for Kyle's defense. If it is not being used for Kyle, then I want the option to have my donation returned to me, or provided to Kyle to help pay for his defense, and any upcoming litigation he finds himself in.

2. The amount of money needed to bail out Kyle from jail was raised and in their hands LONG before Kyle was released from jail. They chose, instead of paying the fee for a bail bondsman to put up the $2 million, to continue raising cash to pay for the bond without a bondsman to avoid the juice. 1. LW has stated publicly and numerous times that he’d use the returned money for KR defense if there are any outstanding balances to due his defense team.
Did you research or ask any questions about what would happen to your money once it was returned after a “non guilty” verdict?

2. According to LW, the final $150k was loaned to the fund from Ricky Schroeder, and guaranteed to be paid back by LW personally. I’d say LW worked hard to raise the funds by any means necessary and, according to him, when the total $2m was raised, it was wired to his defense attorney to pay the bail.

Again, I would just encourage you and everyone else who disparages LW to at least give him the courtesy of listening to his side of the story. It certainly opened my eyes. And if we’ve learned anything from these last few years it’s that we aren’t getting the full story by listening to any news source. The horses mouth is usually one of the, if not THE best sources of information.

It’s also worth noting that LW was widely considered a genius defamation attorney until the 2020 election results and his impassioned work to get to the bottom of what happened. I’m curious why so many out there are so intent in destroying this man’s reputation? Why LW of all people? Why now?

All those in media who called him a white supremacist will be sued. Biden can be sued, not as President but as Joe the slanderer.

I think there is a colorable legal claim against biden. He would have to sit for a deposition ala Paula Jones and that would be the end of dementia joe as he could not put two sentences together.

That would be my first lawsuit
