When there are no more hospital workers they will call in U.N. doctors to take over.
They'll do this for first responders, teachers, military as well. Writing is on the wall.

The vaccinated and the government are not the same. The sooner and everyone else realizes that the better off everyone will be. It’s the same handful of useful idiots who scream and cry to push the commie agenda with a handful of new recruits for this topic.

Not true at all same amount of viral load and the cdc said if you got your jab early you're at great risk.
To be fair, that says great risk to SPREAD..not to contract.
The idea, as presented, is that vaccinated still have the lod in the nasal passages. So, can spread it to others, etc. It does not suggest that the vaccinated are at great risk to get the illness (certainly not the serious level). In fact, it makes the point that by NOT having symptoms, it makes it likely to spread it by not knowing, etc.
I am not judging the veracity. Only the point being made in the article

Funny, I know quite a few who were on the fence or pressured into getting it by family or work. Once they got it, they turned into some of the biggest vaccine propagandists out there.

If you allow your employer to make you take a medical intervention you disagree with, then you are accepting them forcing your kids, too. There is no martyrdom here.

Our neighbor was a male emergency room nurse when I was in high school. He had a wife and 2 kids and made a really good check. He dealt with auto wrecks, gunshot wounds, women stabbed by jealous boyfriends: really grim, hardcore stuff. Took a lot of grit to do that job.

It seems reasonable a hospital wants vaccinated staff
What am I missing?

ITT is not true that you are less likely to get the virus if vaccinated?

We are a country run by administrative committees and lawyers and sometimes committees of lawyers. It is enabled by people who believe that four people who call themselves experts know what to do better than I do.

Now, asked to take a vaccine that has been taken by hundreds of millions with some having side effects.....No WAY! I'll lose my job first!
People quit jobs everyday over a disagreement with their employer. Not to mention there is a HUGE nursing shortage. Love the balls on the decision.
If it fails uncle Joe will be along shortly writing checks for some shite or another.

Tell your son to advise the hospital never to call him again when they fire him. Then to enjoy his time off with partial pay drawing Unemployment and to sign up for Medicaid he has paid for with taxation.
Under no circumstances is he to quit, force the firing and let the hospital suffer the fallout worse than your son. Tell him to bring the grandkids for a long visit while he milks the system for benefits while doing the minimum required for job search.
Gotta do as the prog filth do and milk the system till it implodes under its own weight. Why should he bear the burden when he can get by on the system?

Yes. You are less likely to get the virus if vaccinated.
For extra credit, how less likely are you to get the virus if you are vaccinated? Absolute risk reduction.
