Anyone with any intellectual honesty knows Biden stole the election. But part of their plan was Roberts saying NOPE on December 11th. Once it is certified it is done, sadly.
The GOP were in on it and sealed it. It is a sick, harsh reality. They wanted Trump gone period-trillions were at stake.
I would argue that Graham knew during ACB's confirmation hearing... I said so here watching it LIVE-He told his dem friends --specifically looking at bob head Amy-- that the democrats will win the election.

By all indication, the EOs that laid the groundwork were already signed and implemented.

Serious question - have you read all 7 parts of the PatelPatriot blog outlining the details?
I ask because most folks making light of the working theory either have only grazed the content, or are working off of someone else's summary. Just want to know where you fall, individually, because I know that you're usually very thorough in your study of these things.
Again - no snark. It's a sincere question.
The Patel blog isn't the only source that's looked at the pieces on the board and arrived at this same conclusion.
I ask because most folks making light of the working theory either have only grazed the content, or are working off of someone else's summary. Just want to know where you fall, individually, because I know that you're usually very thorough in your study of these things.

I think I read 6 parts. Only two of the E.O's are seemingly applicable in anything happening after the election. One E.O. was made null and void because the leftists States (we all remember in the news) refused to comply with even the voter rolls getting cleaned up.
The other E.O. was the report that Ratcliffe called out the IC for only citing Russia and giving China a wrongful pass.
So how could any Trump E.O.'s be applied when all of them were null and void when Biden was sworn in?
There also doesn't seem to be any avenue to break through the media noise and announce this. It would entail our Military at the JCS level; and Milley sure doesn't GAF about the CCP infiltration.

Yeah, I don't see how you get around guys like Milley and Austin. Even if there was some plan at one point, I think the military sent Trump a message at the end they were not with him.

It should only take the same stroke of a pen to extinguish an EO as it did to create it. All either takes is a POTUS willing to do it.
DACA was unconstitutional - it should have been done by an act of Congress. Obama himself said for years that he couldn't do it - that there were laws in effect that would have to be amended for it to work.
But he did it anyway - it should have been challenged when created but it wasn't. Trump tried to rescind it when he took office - with the same authority with which Obama created it. He could not do any thing to affect the status of those already given their status by Obama, but he certainly should have been able to stop the continuation of an unconstitutional act. But the 'courts' said no.
Another example of the insane times we live in and are called insane when we question it.
