A couple years ago we had supervisor training for new rules implemented.
It was your standard harassment junk then they started talking about men staying out of the women’s restrooms. Which wasn’t an issue but I guess like many things in company policy that are non issues, they had to let us know where they stood.
The very next slide went on to say “if an employee says he’s a woman he is allowed to use the women’s bathroom”.

Well my company, who shall remain nameless, just signed Colin Kaepernick to a shoe deal, so...

My company is very diverse and inclusive by Jon Ham I got 3 emails from my company’s HR about benefits enrollment. Each email had a banner at the top with a photo. The first had a photo of a Hispanic mom and her daughter. The second had an old Asian couple. The third was an obviously male gay couple, one white, the other Indian, with the Indian standing behind the white guy with his hand on his shoulder and the white guy holding their dog. There was no reason to have photos in these emails. But corporate used the opportunity to try to “promote” “diversity and inclusion.” shite like that doesn’t actually accomplish anything. No one thinks you’re a more diverse and inclusive company because you use a stock image of a couple interracial dick suckers on your email.
I work for T, it’s all about diversity and getting that JD Powers stamp of approval for being a great place to work if you’re LGBTQ....XYZ.

What a mindfrick.
These diversity and inclusion people make a killing. Sadly none of their dumbass training effects anyone.

Pretty sure my VP has a diversity quota or bonus structure. He got stoked when I hired a female minority to my team.

That's actually really sad. So you got a bonus simply for hiring a minority female?

What happens if he hires a black woman named Suzuki Gomez?

A douche would be an upgrade

I didn’t. I hired the best candidate. No incentives for me on diversity candidates.

So who gets the bonus?

Diversity is nothing more than forcing someone to not leave the fat kid as the last pick for dodgeball. What a coworker looks like or what their sexual preference is doesn't matter to me, most importantly they should be capable of the job they're applying for. The only way to do that is who seems the most competent, not whichever applicant checks a certain box for a race.

That sucks. People had Trump signs on their office doors and wore MAGA hats on Friday’s during the election in my office. You should stop working with pussies.

My VP. I only suspect this, btw. Hasn’t been verified, but every time I make a hire I get asked about that. It’s heavily rumored around the office. Of course they can’t really make that public knowledge.
Meanwhile, I just hire the best candidate regardless. I give zero fricks about that shite.

I assume the company owner pays him? Who owns the company? Seeing who this guy is tied to.

We are public. No nefarious owners or anything. Just virtue signaling. It’s a great company. Just does some major groan worthy stuff.

I don't think a company should force their political/social views on their employees. You show up, do your job, go about your business and go home. Leave me and my personal beliefs the hell alone!
