My company is very diverse and inclusive

I got 3 emails from my company’s HR about benefits enrollment. Each email had a banner at the top with a photo. The first had a photo of a Hispanic mom and her daughter. The second had an old Asian couple. The third was an obviously male gay couple, one white, the other Indian, with the Indian standing behind the white guy with his hand on his shoulder and the white guy holding their dog.
There was no reason to have photos in these emails. But corporate used the opportunity to try to “promote” “diversity and inclusion.” shite like that doesn’t actually accomplish anything.
No one thinks you’re a more diverse and inclusive company because you use a stock image of a couple interracial dick suckers on your email.

My company apologises for employees having to live in Trump's America on a monthly basis. I haven't confirmed it, but I believe they offered grief counselling at Corporate HQ after the election. We got an email last week saying we should think hard about who to vote for in a world that calls for "armed guards" in synagogues.
We're a multibillion dollar corporate behemoth that lobbied hard to avoid tarrifs on our Chinese product (and won, sorry IB).

The only way to fight this shite is to actively boycott companies that push these agendas.
When you see a company doing the SJW virtue signaling bullshite, note who they are and actively avoid them.
I don't drink at Starbucks, I don't shop at Target, I don't subscribe to Netflix, etc

My company is the same way, but it pays well. HQ in San Fran, but I’m in Dallas. All Hands meetings always have a few cringeworthy moments from the Diversity Committee. The Texas office as a whole let’s out a mumbled groan.

I’m in the exact same boat as you. HQ is in SF, but thankfully I get to work from home. We have an office in Charlotte, and I have found that most folks there are pretty MAGA and think corporate needs to STFU when it comes to interjecting their political opinions into everyday life.
