This thread could go down in Poli Board lore if OP would return to explain himself and field questions about his other opinions.

They are all heading the same direction... the Constitution and Dec of Ind are racist documents.

Why do we worship MLK? I don't want to, and I don't want my kids to idolize him.

It's clear indoctrination. Y'all are so indoctrinated yourselves that you can't see it.

OP back here...Some of us have to work to pay taxes for the others....
I am laughing my arse of that you put in the progressive liberal snowflake world. That truly made me bust out laughing. Just because I don't feel we were taken care of during our flood tragedy?...which, if you flooded you know damn well we were not...and still are not.
I think you have your snowflake definition wrong....I don't even know where my safe space or my all black Antifa outfit/mask is....

Then teach your 10 year old about hookers and mistresses to give him the proper context by which to place MLK.

Those same rights from our creator mentioned in the Dec of Ind were enshrined for protection FROM a nefarious federal govt.
I see what you're saying. Yes the premise is that it protects is from the government infringing on these inherent rights, and I understand that there is a distinction between negative and positive rights.

So if the poster was making that distinction then, I can see his point. But in practice seeing how governments without those protections fail to provide those rights, then the Bill of Rights makes the protection of those the rights ensures we are provided the support for the rights to persist.

I'm triggered because the sculptor was obviously racist. MLK's nose & lips are huge. Looks like he belongs in a 1940's cartoon. Stereotyping like this cannot be allowed. Tear the statue down.

He'll really shite some kittens when he sees American Government textbooks with the Statue of Liberty on the cover.

Not only has she never served in any elected capacity but she's French, to boot.

And she's being used by cosmopolitan globalists to shove 3rd world immigrants down our throats.

Down with the Statue of Liberty! And yeah I mean it.

Nah, she was granted citizenship long ago. Born French, now 100% all American woman.

Which I'm sure is applicable to pretty much everyone in this thread.

But you were complaining because you thought someone else was taken care of more than you. That sounds a lot like the basis of socialism.

Well apparently your kitchen isn't your safe space with a cover of a MLK statue on a textbook. Well I'm sure 99.999% of the population who isn't in ANTIFA doesn't know where their outfit is either.

You could have put the Lincoln Memorial on that cover and this board would still be triggered.

Um, the vast majority of "this board" as evidenced by the responses has disagreed with the OP. So, how would the Lincoln Memorial trigger "this board"?

Yet the same benevolent federal government that plays God and promised to protect all rights, completely eviscerated the 10th Amendment (everything not mentioned is left to the states or citizens) and warped the rest of them to grab power.

What we are left with is a powerful central government that is out if control and totally non-responsive to the people, and the Constitution ripped to shreds.

And that is what our Founding Fathers did not want to happen and warned against repeatedly.

Well he did nearly destroy the South, let his war criminal generals run rampant. But let's go ahead and idolize him.

That's a great topic of conversation for Con Law 2. This is the thread about the scary, whore-fricking colored on OP's kitchen table. Please stay germane to the topic at hand
