Well I did see a dude posted here (maybe Twitter) the other day shaking his macaroni elbow size pecker (on a actual video/not a picture) in front of children that I am also certain was under the age of 10. This kind of filth is happening.

By today's warped definition you already have. A kid does not want to see that and neither should the parent want to see their child exposed to this. Personally, if it were me the fricker would have been lying in the street in abject pain and have multiple contusions as souvenirs from the day.
