From an internal email about the mood in DC over the Hunter laptop story...
They're literally stating that Democrats are lobbying for social media to censor things Democrats don't like and the author is championing them to Twitter.
EDIT: This is from Carl Szabos of the polling firm NetChoice. They had met with over a dozen House staffers (from both sides of the aisle) and polled them on their take on the feeling in DC during the time of Dorsey's testimony.
So the head of a polling firm is urging Twitter to do more censoring.
They're literally stating that Democrats are lobbying for social media to censor things Democrats don't like and the author is championing them to Twitter.

I love the part where it says BOTH parties could make the request to stifle things but it was slanted basically 98%-2% Dem-Republican in the opportunity given to dispute stuff…just enough though for the media to make it out to be 50/50.

I’d say it’s a bit nuanced in that Twitter is a private company and thus can’t violate the 1st BUT it gets complex when Twitter had a basic monopoly and the government powers had them doing their bidding. There’s the rub…
