I don’t know. Cummings’s letter describes the whistleblower as a citizen and I don’t know if Nader has citizenship. I think he was born in Lebanon and moved to the States when he was a teenager. May have obtained citizenship later.

My first suspicion is that he might be a backchannel courier. From what I’m seeing it would not be his first time doing that kind of thing. We’ll see.

Yes. I have looked into the UAE meeting in Trump tower in some detail. Basically the UAE representative came to meet Trump after he was prez-elect. It likely had to do with the plan Flynn had of selling nuclear (power) technology to them. I've also heard a story that it had to do with the UAE guy facilitating a "back channel" to Russia so Trump could talk to Russia without the Obama spy operation listening in.

Whatever the purpose of the meeting was, Obama heard about this guy coming into the country and basically complained that he didn't inform Obama for the purpose of the trip. Supposedly it breaks "custom", so Obama obviously wasn't going to tolerate that.

Susan Rice, in her testimony, told Congress she knew what was discussed in the meeting. I don't know if she knew it because she had TT bugged or if she merely heard the UAE people talking about afterwards on the phone. Either way, she basically admitted that the IC was collecting intelligence on the Trump transition team as they met foreign dignitaries.
