I've been wondering this the last few days...does it just take the House/Senate to pass this and he's out or will the Prez need to sign off on it too? Just wondering in case this was done in Jan, and the full congress is taken over by the Right (wishful thinking, but this week blew some more hope in our lungs for sure).
Would be good to see a list of all this DOJ has been going after to see how top heavy they are regarding the Right. Trump, there is a school district somewhere in TX that voted against CRT stuff, all the white people on "hate crimes"...plenty of blacks doing racist shite too, so get on it DOJ, and now I'm hearing the DOJ is investigating the Southern Baptist Convention.

Good idea, but too soon.
The current makeup of the House will absolutely not let this pass. Waiting until the new GOP House is sworn in would better insure this will at least pass the House but also the affidavit should be in the public domain by then and we should know at least if there were any documents of the security level requiring such action (there very likely weren't, but enough concrete information about it should be out by then to verify this).

Why? He’s the best Governor in the country if it weren’t for him I’m not sure if some of the other red states would’ve loosened up their damn China virus restrictions plus all the other BS he’s stamped out.
