For anyone interested in context. She specifically talking about gerrymandering. California has threatened to do the same. Redraw their districts. Together they have 78 seats.

In other words, what is the population per Democratic Representative in Texas, Cali, NY and what is the population per Republican Representative in those states.
It should align (much like it does now in Louisiana).
Does it?
Additionally, did Louisiana use the population from the 2020 census to do so.
If the other states are using the numbers from the 2020 census, then what is the issue?
Correcting wrongs?
