You post the exact same pictures the left uses to peddle their insurrection narrative then crouch it in “who me? I’m just posting pictures of violence”,

I'm specifically doing that and only that.

You're using Voxdawg levels of "connecting dots" to interpret a stupid outcome, and then planting the flag.

Your mind reading is as bad as your rhetorical honesty.

Because they're lying.

I have specifically stated no insurrection occurred from January 6 onward with no diversion. I have openly corrected the few leftists on this board who I have seen parrot the meme (like BamaAtl).

Violent crime is down from the post-Covid peak, yes.

I never said this, specifically.

The irony of someone who lied about me twice in this post melting over my adherence to the truth is...something.

Would the Dems really want this? If what is being said is true then they could be questioned without the 5th amendment protection. Would the Democratic Party really want the skeletons cleared out of their closet? Currently they could conceivably admit defeat, admit their faults, and attempt to rebuild and move forward. If it was ever brought to light the depth of their corruption it would basically destroy the party and would take decades if ever to recover. A new party may be forced to form. It’s hard to think they’d do this just for a blip(Trump) in time. I mean seriously McCarthyism went away and we recovered just fine.

You average, what, 50 plus posts per day? No one has to connect dots to know the message you’re conveying. Your narcissism and inability to STFU makes it rather easy to ascertain the narratives you’re attempting to peddle.

An idiotic talking point would be “I’m not even sure the word lawfare actually exists”
quote:

that's not what I have said on the matter, and anything associated with that line of commentary is directly related with the matter of defining the concept, which is the primary goal. If you can't properly give a universal, specific operative definition, then it's nothing more than a moving target you change to fit whatever situation you're discussing.

That is the height of dishonest rhetoric and logical fallacy.
I typically stay out of SFP bashing, but in this instance, SFP, as written, the first quote may be a paraphrase of what you have said, but you have said some reasonable iteration of this in other posts, so it is disingenuous to deny it.

Just keep investigating until you find something before or after the limits of the pardon. Can't pardon for future crimes.

have not read all of the responses in all of the various pardon threads, but the ONLY reason THIS pardon happened was because that pesky judge sniffed out the deal Hunter was getting in his court case. He was getting a full pardon then outside of the small fine for the gun and tax stuff

This. You won't find any of our board aktuallys who can't seem to find their voice on lawfare remembering any of this out loud

Yes. The president's pardon authority is relatively absolute.

I didn't see it

Only one Court of Appeal has ruled on the issue, and they confirmed the process. The court considered the 2nd more authoritative and influential behind only the USSC.

I will say it like our board liberals who love lawfare. If you didn’t do anything wrong you have nothing to be afraid of, lol.

This thread is 7 pages deep, so perhaps this has already been said.

The left is calling for these blanket pardons and claiming "political prosecution" before Trump is even in office so that they can claim that any and all charges are purely political.

The left has invested 8+ years into prosecuting Trump at the federal, state and local level. All of those efforts have failed and now he is headed back to the White House and gets his own DOJ. They fear retribution and rightfully so.

And why should the Orange One be magnanimous? The left offered no such quarter.
