This is deadlier than the flu. If you are positive you need to quarantine, especially since there are still so little we know.
I think the government overreach is fricking absurd, but this isn't one of them.

I have six boxes of home tests for my family. Same test that my facility uses for their residents (I’m not being tested — still doing telemed by their mandate).
If we need we’ll test here and proceed accordingly.

i.e. - Constitutional rights apply unless there is a virus the government deems to be a crisis. I remember Jefferson saying that.
I’m not trying to be combative. There are alot of things to consider. One is this country wasn’t founded on ‘we are all in this together’

quarantining and mandating a clinical trial are hardly the same thing. You get convicted if you willing give people HIV too.

He didn’t make this law. This authority for the state health officer has existed long before covid.

There is no law saying you must quarantine. There is no point in mandated quarantine anyway, because the virus is going to work its way through society regardless.

Language seems ambiguous. Looks like he can pretty much do whatever he wants to try and control a disease outbreak
