He was declared as such, twice after evaluations. That does not stop the process of trying to find him competent down the road.

I think the process does eventually stop.
I looked something like it up recently and I think the state can only hold someone for a certain amount of time trying to get them competent to stand trial.
If the state can’t find him competent I believe it switches to a civil commitment issue.
I don’t know how that works with federal charges though.

So many of the mothers of black murderer's pull this shite and are guilty of it.
Look up Darrel Brooks and the shite his mother-Dawn Woods tried to do for him after he murdered six people and injured over 60 people. That bit(h should be in jail also.
