All his friends and family should be out protesting by blocking traffic on the interstate. But this time, so the cops can’t stop them, go out individually and block traffic at different places. The cops can’t be everywhere!!

How did the term "warning shot" get into the discussion by media. From the shooter's family, I find it hard to believe that came from witnesses.
