Got vaccinated in February. Was supposed to talk about a booster at her next doctor’s appt.

We’re all going to get it one of these days, but I’m at least hoping the vaccine makes her symptoms much less than they would have been.

There aren’t that many of them:
And unvaccinated people under the age of 18 is even smaller than that which last I checked (last week) was 499 deaths total. It’s absolutely absurd we’re still in this. Covid is not a pandemic. It’s an endemic and we have to move on.

We don't know that's true.
Since we know for a f*cking FACT that they lied about the vaccine "protecting" people in the first place, I believe it's more than safe to assume that they are also lying about this. The VAST, VAST, VAST amount of people who get Covid do not suffer that much so it seems it would be impossible to come to the conclusion it lessens the severity. It's more than plausible that they use this LIE so that their original LIE about this being a true vaccine gets less scrutiny. I.e., they have to show that this multi-billion dollar HOAX and SCAM has some benefit because it sure as he'll doesn't work as a "vaccine."

I've got a friend who caught covid along with his wife (both of them 40) and their 18 month old son. Wife was the only one vaccinated. The man and boy were hit hard for 36 hours then got over it, the wife wasn't hit as hard as them but hers lingered for about 2 weeks. The wife does have asthma, so I'm not sure if that played a role or maybe just that her immune system isn't as strong. Anecdotal, but I thought it was interesting that in her case the vax seemed to lessen the symptoms but didn't help her get over it any quicker

Once a person has a breakthrough infection, the numbers for hospitalization and death are pretty similar to unvaccinated.
Hospitalization rates run in the mid 3% range.
Mortality runs around 0.65%.

I’m going to need to see some evidence for this, since even at the height of the pandemic I don’t think there was a .65% chance of dying.

You are wrong. I never claimed the vaccine was total protection. That’s not how they work. They simply train the immune system to fight off a virus when the body encounters it. They keep the viral load low enough to avoid systems or in breakthrough cases, limit severity of symptoms.
I also don’t think we should have any mandates. Masks or vaccines. We should never have locked down period. We should only have taken steps to protect old people while telling everyone else to get their fat asses in shape.

Well it’s gone up by a decimal since the NYP story, but your chances of dying from Covid once fully vaccinated are still .007%.
