Per NPR apparently POC are too dumb to use their phone to deposit checks?

There are people who go four years between drinking any water at all and can only ever slake their thirst at polling stations. It isn't that hard to believe they can't make mobile deposits.

That's about the dumbest thing I have read all week. Using Moorehead, Ms., as an example that ended up better off does not make a very good point. Businesses are not going to stay where they lose money.

NW Arkansas bank Arvest is closing 33 of it's 200+ branches in MO/AR/OK.
None of them are in POC majority locales.

Early 30s. I so rarely receive checks that I never really thought about it.
File it under "I could probably figure this out in less than 5 minutes but haven't needed to yet."

You know, if I had such a hard time doing things due to having low income, I might consider bettering myself so i could earn more and I wouldn’t have these problems.
