If the kids are minors, parents or guardians should get a ticket with a fine. If not paid…Then driver’s license suspension then any government assistance suspended. Including housing allowance.

My young teen has a phone. I have 2 trackers on its location. Native internal phone finder, and life 360
My son has been warned intensely that if he is ever in a location where kids are doing this, ill come down so hard, he'll wish he was arrested instead.
It's a simple conversation..leaders and followers. Look for small things in their activities and correct them young!
And then pray, lol...cause kids are idiots.

The absence of a father has an impact. But there are lots of white boys from broken homes raised by a single mom. How come we don't see them rioting in the streets? I think the problem is cultural. When a young white child misbehaves he gets a negative reaction from white people around him. It may be subtle but it has an effect as he grows. When young black kids misbehave the black adults just ignore it.

Are these “takeovers” a nationwide trend now? I saw one or two try to happen here and the local police shut both down. One was going to happen at the mall and they closed the mall early and put a curfew in place.

I believe so. They tried it down here on Pensacola Beach and it got shut down. They tried to move it to the mall, but it got very little participation.
