I do not panic like many here on the political consequences of actions in international waters being a threat to my freedoms here on America soil. Pull that taffy all you want. You can eventually shape it to your liking.
Would I like a overwhelming vote of support in the Houses for blowing up the boats of pirates, smugglers and drug runners in international waters...sure.
