The Axis Research poll shows the race is looking “less and less competitive” and gives Moore a 17-point lead over Democratic challenger Doug Jones.

“Not only is nearly half of the electorate (49%) DEFINITELY voting for Roy Moore, the data shows Moore has united the Republican Party following the Republican primary and the Republican run-off, and earns strong support throughout the conservative coalition,” the memo says.

Me: "Roy Moore is a lunatic and has no business being in politics."

*listening to Jones*

Me: "Ughhhhhhh. Nevermind."

Blame the ex governor for putting Strange in there to begin with in a corrupt bargain.

Moore may or may not have won but the guy who tried to quash the corruption case of the governor in exchange for this appointment was a non-starter.

100s of millions for democratic fundraising and a big hole in the middle of the republican party boat.

I hope he wins. The more exposure he gets, the better it is for those against this insurgency of Trump nonsense.

This is your fault Dems

Instead of putting up a moderate, sensible candidate with relatively conservative views on some social issues, you put up a generic liberal in line with coastal values

Maybe you should learn to ADJUST your candidates to the median voter in the state

Scott brown was a moderate, socially liberal republican who was able to win Massachusetts

A democrat cant get elected in Alabama right now, so next best thing is Senator Roy Moore, Republican, Alabama

I firmly believe a blue dog moderate dem could win in Bama

Somebody who is economically left wing but socially conservative

It makes NO sense to put up a late term abortion supporter in a state like Bama

Hell, the avg American doesn't even support late term abortion

It probably has like a 20% approval in Bama

Look at Louisiana

Dems put up a perfect candidate who appealed to many otherwise conservative voters

JBE is a model southern dem

He is not ideological. Ran on a platform of bringing effective governance to the state

He won easily
