The strike was intended to destroy a network of tunnels that ISIS was using to move assets. The jihadis that were vaporized are gravy. Military commanders are reported to be very satisfied with the outcome.

I don't really gaf who financed the tunnels or why, at this point.
ISIS is using them to avoid our air ops so they need to go. That is, of course, unless you want to send 40,000 of our finest into those tunnels after them to preserve the CIA's precious investment. I dont.

Why do they and the Left MSM keep saying "Trump just spent $314 million to kill 36 ISIS militants." when the truth is the bombs cost $16 million each, not $314m, and the money was spent on these bombs LONG before Trump took office?

The US General in charge of the ground forces in this area says there were 600-800 ISIS militants possibly in this camp.
