It baffles me why MLB (except for the Rangers) insists on digging their heels in with this pride celebration crap. Feels like its something that turns off a whole lot more fans than it brings in. I'm sure there's quite a few LGB baseball fans out there, but I'd venture to say that the vast majority of them are the types that just want to blend into the crowd and aren't the types that have to wave a rainbow flag in everyone else's face all the time.

The MLBPA will get involved and unlike other player’s unions in professional sports, they actually have teeth. The vast majority of MLB players are Christian.

Thank god this month is halfway over

I have a June birthday. I'm forced to share my birth month with these people. My birthday week always seems to coincide with the weekend that the County LGBXYZ crowd has their big f@g-fest at the park right by my home. I cannot possibly express how sick I am of these people, I just ask that you trust me when I say that I felt far more tolerant when I knew they existed but they weren't all in-our-faces with it 24/7.

I seriously don't care about their lifestyle choices. I just don't want to see it, and don't want them exposing it to kids.

If they tried this stuff back in the 50s the baseball players would have had a blast.
Press interview: 'Are you supporting LGBT+?'
Yogi Berra: 'Yes, in fact I'm dating Moose Skowron. He's so cute.'

Damn right.

Being Gay is not something society should promote.

We are a free country but we don't have to support unnatural behavior.

Maybe we should have a Catholic Priest Molesting Kids Night. BTW I was raised Catholic but have had trouble forgiving the church for knowing and transferring. To know those priests were molesting kids is something i cant forgive.

I have prayed on this and have not been able to return to a Catholic church regularly again. I did go to my Dads funeral at one .

Per The Athletic, an MLB official has now "warned" those players against violating the rules and writing on their cap.
"The writing on the cap violates our rules, and consistent with normal practice, we have warned the players about future violations," said Pat Courtney, MLB’s chief communications officer, in a statement.

These players should triple down on this, force the league to fine them, and then sue. Time to put an end to this woke crap.

We might not be in this situation if people would have pushed back on this shite in the 90s.

People did. The People were ignored. Even California turned down gay marriage by popular vote...overridden by judicial fiat.

That’s like me saying I’m proud to be white.

I had nothing to do with making that happen.

"Brad, I'm so proud of my son. He just graduated from MIT!"

"Bill, that great. Likewise, I am super proud of my boy too"

"Ah, just graduate from a top school as well?"

"Oh no, even better, he loves to suck cock".

"... ... ..."

Eh...I disagree. It's even worse than that. They decided to be this way.
