I have the answer. Old School. Merely pull all your kids out of those schools start your own private ones and sue them for the money.

Where are the “good” teachers at? They should be sharing this information with parents on the down low if they really cared about getting this progressive bulls*hit out of the schools!

Shocker - dirty progs doing dirty prog things.

This needs to go to court ASAP.

And to the people who said pull their kids out, keep in mind property taxes and school taxes have already been paid so if they pull kids out, it won't matter b/c they'll still have those allocated funds to continue to frick up with.

A public school district in Minnesota told a law firm representing concerned parents that it could cost upwards of $901,121.15 to complete a government records request
Seems like a lot of money to duplicate and produce records records of something that doesn't exist.

But they won’t have your kid to frick up. And that’s the key part.

So what's the next steps for such a ridiculous move? Isn't it public records that belong to the taxpayer?

If they have any evidence and standing, I'd file a lawsuit and request the same records in discovery at no charge. (aside from the legal expenses related to filing the lawsuit).

Minny has been hard left for years, which is why their Dem party is Democrat Farmer Labor.

In general, a lot of the upper Midwest tends to have a very Scandinavian influence that seems to go hand in hand with socialism.

So the school admins and lawyers want to defeat the law's intent with an absurd bill. If the courts are honest at all, the school will get paddled.

Their argument against that will be that corporal punishment is also banned.
