"Minnesota" man captured in Somalia after orchestrating $250M child nutrition fraud scheme

Well, that throws down a marker. They had to have paid some locals big money to pull that off.
Didn’t they whack a Cartel Boss down in Mexico. The national sovereignty lines seem to be disappearing. A couple of drone hits on big players or ‘mysterious’ assassinations via private contractors/bounty hunters and things really get interesting.
One person’s ‘profiteer’ criminal is another’s social justice warrior.

Wonder why we never get the details of these elaborate schemes orchestrated by criminal masterminds? Maybe they don't want everyone to know all you have to do is make up a company name, fill out a form and send the state a monthly invoice. Voila, hundred millionaire.
