Nelson asked Minneapolis Police Chief Medaria Arradondo if he was familiar with the concept of “camera perspective bias” before playing two different angles of footage from the scene.

The two videos he played were from teenager Darnella Frazier and the police bodycam footage from former Officer Alexander Kueng. In the video recorded by Frazier, the angle makes it appear that the officer’s knee is on Floyd’s neck, however, in the body camera footage from the same exact time, you can clearly see that his knee is on the criminal’s shoulder.

quote:

“Would you agree that from the perspective of Officer Kueng’s body camera it appeared Officer Chauvin’s knee was more on Mr. Floyd’s shoulder blade?” Nelson asked Arradondo.

“Yes,” Arradondo responded.

Few seconds later the prosecutor called him back to the stand and made him say "his knee was on his neck before changing position to his shoulder at the end"

I was watching.

Non story. So far Chauvin is toast.

Are the riots off? I'm finding it hard to believe that this will result in the riots being off.

Testifying against your own cop in this trial

That just makes potentially losing look even worse

Only if you abandon the "beyond a reasonable doubt" standard and apply knowledge back to the incident that DC didn't have at the time.

Sounds like woke standards, not legal standards, you're using.

Is BLM gonna do the right thing and switch to: “Get off my shoulder, I can’t breathe!”?

I believe that chest compression was more responsible for Floyd's asphyxiation death than the knee on his neck was. Regardless, all those cops should be convicted of murder. Life is cheap--$20.

Minneapolis Police Chief Medaria Arradondo

For anybody wondering, this is the type clown who would order his officers to kick doors in for gun confiscation. Just like the upper command of the military has been cucked, so has much of municipal law enforcement.

He certainly was attempting to.

Looks like the defense had a counterpunch for that. Prosecutors won't be able to get this guy off the stand fast enough now.

Serious question...what is your definition of murder?

Did the defense ask anything about the chief saying the knee thing wasn't apart of training or an ok'd policy wise? I heard him say that and thought it was at the time. May have changed after, but that doesn't matter. Thx
