The police chief admitted his knee was on Floyd's shoulder, not kneck. This is not the first big win for the defense.
No it isn’t lmao. His neck could be 100% untouched and the knee compression on the back still be fatal. Anything that limits chest wall excursion is known to be dangerous in these types of situations

AMS and Scrub are retarded. Not one thing has gone the prosecutions way besides the fact that the trial is still taking place in Minny.

Does it surprise you that there are limits on the admissibility of such evidence? We want to convict people on whether they actually committed the crime they are charged with, not whether they are the "kind of guy" who might have.

This forum isn’t a courtroom, and Arbery isn’t around to be on trial.

What do YOU think the take away should be?
quote:I'm not sure what you mean. The jury will hear whatever medical info they hear. What does that have to do with "muh knee"?
Not when you and everyone else is muh neck knee

Yep. Like I thought. You have no idea.

Don’t go bringing facts into this.

It boggles my mind that any Officer would testify against another officer, especially in a use of force that does not involve the use of a firearm.
They better never be in a position where they need a backup because they’re going to have a very long wait.

How would they ever prove it? Physics I know BUT how would anyone accurately be able to determine the % of Chauvin's weight on his back/neck area?
ALSO, GF told them he had NOT taken anything ... had he been straight, the police could have alerted EMS so proper medical care could have been given. He lied.
Posted on 4/5/21 at 7:07 pm to tiger91
There is no way for them to know how many PSI. That’s the point.

Why did they ban the maneuver if it was never part of their training?
"Don't use this maneuver that we never trained you to use"
That sounds stupid.

I'm confident that nobody anywhere ever taught a cop to kneel for minutes on an arrestees neck after he was motionless.
And I’m confident you’ve never worked as a police officer anywhere on earth… Do you know that perpetrators will play possum and will make up a total fricking lie about having a heart attack so you release them and then they run away or they try to stab you? Dumb motherfricker
