I know the oath, Ricardo. I took it too. And I never understood it to mean I got to decide which Americans were enemies and kill them over politics.
We swore to defend the Constitution. That includes the rights of people whose ideas we may not like.

bullshite. Communism isn't compatible with the Constitution of the United States. It's not a mere difference of opinion. This isn't liberalism vs. conservatism. It's good vs. evil.

You are here trying to talk people down from it when they see it. You are doing this even after knowing the end result of a color revolution. Know that if allowed to fester, millions will die. We saw that in Russia, China, Laos, etc. Yet here you are saying "everything is fine and liberty dictates we cannot come to blows over differences in political beliefs" even when you know what you are saying is complete bullshite.

You can call communism evil, Ricardo. I’m not asking you to embrace it bubba. It isn’t the threat that maga bumper stickers and slogans have you fearing that it is. This is America baw. There will never be a communist takeover.
But believing an idea is evil doesn’t give you the authority to kill Americans who believe in it.
If somebody commits a crime, prove it and let the system do it’s job and punish them under the law. Until then, neither you nor I get to appoint ourselves judge, jury, and executioner. That kind of restraint is part of the Constitution we swore to defend.

For ten years I worked with an EX-NSA agent who was assigned to the Whitehouse during the second term of Reagan and the first years of Clinton.
I would ask questions that he was very clearly uncomfortable being asked and he would say his oath of secrecy stood in the way of his desire to talk about and add to the history records, all these years later.

I took the Oath of Office in the United States military bubba. I took it seriously enough to know fear doesn’t give us the right to start calling our neighbors enemies because of what we think they might become. Commit a crime, answer for it. Plan violence, face the law. Hold an idea I despise, and I’ll fight the idea. A man can get so busy hunting tyranny that he forgets to notice when he starts carrying its tools.

It's pretty clear that we're dealing with a Communist sympathizer. You should be rounded up and thrown in a cell or deported to a communist country. You clearly have no respect for the oath you took. The Constitution being a defense of the people that want to dismantle it is peak irony.

I understand why people get angry when they believe a judge is playing politics. but distrust of a court doesn’t give us a better system by tossing due process over the fence.
Bad rulings get appealed. Biased judges can be challenged. Laws can be changed. There are remedies built into the system for a reason. Once the answer becomes “the courts can’t be trusted, so our side should decide who deserves punishment,” we haven’t fixed the rule of law.
