You offer nothing. You’re pathetic. Might I even say what a cuck.

Pence had no authority to do other than what he did.
The states had the authority and exercised it. It's Pence's job to recognize that authority.

The freaking states had already certified their elections.
Learn the constitution.

And you sound like a cuck who can’t even make a cogent argument. Which is quite normal for a Trump supporter. All bombast but when it comes down to it, a pretty obvious lackwit.

I note you offer nothing to counter what I said.
I did through out this thread. I gave you the letters from the state legislatures to him.
That's all that's needed to be shown. States have plenary power or plenary authority.
This is a check and balance issue.

God you are one of the worst most doormat posters on this board. God grow up.
I'm on the ground every day working with small groups and organizing.
Your comment was pure ignorance on losing votes. 100% ignorance

You learn the constitution you lackwit. Just because you wish Pence had the authority to do other than what he did, doesn’t mean he had the authority. God you freaking morons want to give Vice Presidents in perpetuity the authority to do other than what they are authorized to do. You can’t see freaking 2 steps ahead to see what the next Vice President would be authorized to do. I can’t help you if you are so freaking stupid and short sighted.

Yes. Even normal conservatives can’t fathom anyone voting for the disaster that was Trump. Checks out.
Here’s where you started.

Here’s where you are.
I’m betting you can’t make an accurate summation of conservatism in two sentences and you’re really a country-club Republican who can’t get into a country club.

Mike Pence is a great republican and a great american. Would vote for him over any democrat.

You haven't made any point in this thread other than be a pansy and accept fraud. You are a loser

I have and know the difference between:
quote:
Just because you wish Pence had the authority to do other than what he did, doesn’t mean he had the authority.
And States having the authority and exercising that. Evidently you do not.
Again, STATES HAVE PLENARY POWER PER THE US CONSTITUTION!
quote:
God you freaking morons want to give Vice Presidents in perpetuity the authority to do other than what they are authorized to do.
No. You are now making things up in your on mind. Why lie?
quote:
You can’t see freaking 2 steps ahead to see what the next Vice President would be authorized to do.
Nothing more than what Pence could have and nothing less than. Nothing has changed in the Constitution.
States had the power and exercised it. Pence ignored that and is actually a power grab on his part.

I can tell you as a conservative you can’t authorize a Vice President to overturn the certified votes of a state snd make his own judgement as to who should have won an election. Your turn.

You won't get that option. Pence is done.

You can block off what I said and feel important. Doesn’t change the fact that the Vice President didn’t have the power to change the votes of the states that had been certified. Nor would we want that because the next Vice President could do the same. You Trump supporters are anti-constitution and imbeciles to boot.

States can and did.

make his own judgement as to who should have won an election.
Nobody asked him to. The states demanded he honor their plenary power via written notice.
Here, yet again, is the AZ Legislature letter:

Good non-answer. You’re as dumb as Pence. Or as dishonest. Take your pick.

Not blocking off anything. I am addressing your every sentence.
quote:

He certainly does not. However the states do and several states informed the VP, as per the Constitution, that there were issues with the election and they were exercising their plenary power and to send that back to their states respectively.
quote:
Nor would we want that because the next Vice President could do the same.
The next VP should follow the law, just as Pence should have.
quote:
You Trump supporters are anti-constitution and imbeciles to boot.
Per the SCOTUS:
“The individual citizen has no federal constitutional right to vote for electors for the President of the United States unless and until the state legislature chooses a statewide election as the means to implement its power to appoint members of the electoral college. U.S. Const., Art. II, §1. This is the source for the statement in McPherson v. Blacker, 146 U.S. 1, 35 (1892), that the state legislature’s power to select the manner for appointing electors is plenary; it may, if it so chooses, select the electors itself, which indeed was the manner used by state legislatures in several States for many years after the framing of our Constitution. Id., at 28-33. History has now favored the voter, and in each of the several States the citizens themselves vote for Presidential electors. When the state legislature vests the right to vote for President in its people, the right to vote as the legislature has prescribed is fundamental; and one source of its fundamental nature lies in the equal weight accorded to each vote and the equal dignity owed to each voter. The State, of course, after granting the franchise in the special context of Article II, can take back the power to appoint electors. See id., at 35 (“ ‘[T]here is no doubt of the right of the legislature to resume the power at any time, for it can neither be taken away nor abdicated’ “) (quoting S. Rep. No. 395, 43d Congress., 1st Sets., 9 (1874)).” (Emphasis added.)
The Supreme Court affirmed again, the longstanding fundamental power of the State Legislatures to unilaterally take back the right to vote in any State election, even after the right has been exercised, so long as the Legislature’s action is applied equally throughout the state, so as not to violate equal protection.
This Supreme Court precedent is paramount; the State Legislature can take back the power to vote at any time, before, during, or after an election. And, as long as the State Legislatures cancel the votes of all voters, and not just some voters, it will be impossible for any voter to claim an equal protection violation.

That’s absolutely moronic. You Trump supporters are going to be the death of the conservative movement. You can get your hopes up with the movement of these “audits” when it’s a done deal. He freaking lost. To normal Americans you look like crazed imbeciles. Push forward with conservatives ideas which can be winners in this economy. But your push to overturn the election which he so obviously lost makes you lookbworse than silly. Who in the world would want to trust your conservative ideas going forward if you continue to push forth this nonsense. As a conservative I say please stop it
Posted on 6/25/21 at 12:15 am to Jjdoc
Keep going with that nonsense and keep seeing the dems in control. God you people are imbeciles.
Posted on 6/25/21 at 12:18 am to half cajun
you sound like a lot of conservatives I know that are willing to overlook fraud to get out OMB without realizing that they stole multiple elections, why would they stop now? the GA senate runoffs should have been a big wake up call but all you care about is trump
