This is how the actual immigration system is setup. The problem is the 20 million people that skipped the line or never would have qualified to begin with and the past 4 years of intentional lack of enforcement. The Biden Administration did enough damage to this country, that it will take a decade to undo it all.

Its outrageous to think this BS of providing taxpayer benefits to illegals was ever legal at all.

It used to be that way, shame you have to pass a law to stop it.
Id also ban states from doing it, it just keeps the incentive to come here.
