I'm 15 minutes in. Rogers is locked and loaded with zingers against El-Sayed.
El-Sayed is more policy focused: "This isn't about the candidates. It's about you. Whose policies will help you pay for....."
I watched 20 minutes of the Maine Senate debate. Both of these candidates are GREAT in comparison.
The moderator is very good and the questions are relevant.

I don't have time to watch it. I'd appreciate it if you offered your take on how it actually went if you do watch it. Most of the comments in this thread are just going to be the same jokes and knee-jerk responses over and over.

Happy to. Most of these debates are snooze fests. Both candidates are really well prepared...and good at highlighting their differences.

Not really. You seem really insecure about people not laughing at the same dumb in-jokes when you make them 15 times. I wasn't trying to pose as anything I was just asking OP for an actual take on what happened during the debate, which I don't have time to watch, because I actually want to know how it went. And it was after reading more than 10 comments by people who hadn't watched it, making the same dumb jokes.
TL;DR Be less of an insecure bitch and worry about yourself.

Rogers sounded like every other republican when it comes to talking about El-Sayed, just blatant Islamophobic attacks. He didn’t talk about any policies that would actually help Michiganders, or about how Trumps policies have hurt them.
