Though I hold undergraduate and graduate degrees in liberal arts myself — and have benefited greatly from that education — I support abolishing all majors at state-funded schools outside of the hard STEM concentrations (or other technical fields such as the building crafts, accounting, business, etc... ) Liberal Arts on today’s campuses has simply degenerated into an ideological pig trough for neo-Marxist indoctrination, even at a “conservative” campus such as Auburn:

This was the clown who was hired as an instructor in the English Department at Auburn to teach CRT. The real issue at play here is not whether this clown should be fired for his controversial tweets but instead why such an academic position even exists?

CRT has nothing to do with creating critical thinkers; it simply is a vehicle to indoctrinate students to uncritically conform to the same ideological opinions as the professor. Enough is enough: such rigid indoctrination is diametrically opposed to the supposed purpose of a Liberal Arts education.

These schools don’t belong to the faculty lounge or even the faculty Senate. These schools belongs to us, the parents, the graduates, the donors and taxpayers (as the case may be) who pay the salary of these faculty members.

Watched the entire video and it wasn't as bad as the write-up would have you believe. He seems more the old-fashioned liberal-type newly emboldened by his impending retirement, who holds disdain for the little shits now making their way through the university system, but who has bought into Mass Covidia because of his advanced age. A lot of his rant was a spoof of Deadwood to demonstrate his plagiarism policy.
