Perhaps, but there were no alternate electors. Just some people signing paper. Steven Miller calling them alternate electors does not make them so.

Made up shart to target Republicans again.
The woman is certifiable.
So, let me get this straight.
Jack Smith (Special Counsel - DOJ), Fani Willis (Fulton County District Attorney), Danna Nessel (Attorney General - Michigan) (and soon, you'll see some indictments by district attorneys or attorneys general in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Arizona) are all trying to target Republicans?
Nevermind that each of these people attended law school, had to pass a bar exam, has experience in prosecution, and by law, serve in law enforcement capacities (meaning that they are required to enforce the law within their respective states)? Nevermind the fact that probable cause has to exist that actual crimes were committed? Nevermind the fact that they'll have to ensure that they have evidence to prove that the folks accused are convicted by unanimous juries (of their peers) in each of these states?
You people have flown the frickin' coop.

Red State AGs have got to step their game up. Blue state AGs have no problem throwing their political opponents in jail

Make no mistake. These people will be convicted and sentenced harshly.
In the meantime, Leslie van houton of Manson fame is paroled.
Animal packs ravage our cities.
Massive corruption in DC.
When and how will this end?
It’s ok to persecute people if they are white, Asian white, Hispanic white, or conservative blacks if they support America First, Maga, and president trump.

That’s really going after the older crowd.
So if an old person commits a crime we should let them off??

Is there a more useless current profession from both a philosophical and pragmatic view than lawyers?
Nothing but an absolute drain on society. Leeches.

Michigan has gone full authoritarian.
Nessel is ripe for federal investigation to look at conspiracy to violate rights under color of law, among others. I'm sure the Biden DOJ's public corruption unit will get right on that.

.... said no criminal defendant, corporation, plaintiff, grieving family, or small business owner who hired them for their services, EVER.
Guess whose services each of these folks indicted in Michigan are going to seek? Yep. You guessed it. A lawyer.

Hope that helps you sleep at night. And I hope you get some good car accident cases or a slip and fall outside a nice restaurant. It’s what keeps America moving forward.

Then they should have filed as Alternate electors...which they also did. You can't be both.

Cheering the prosecution? Meh.
Criticizing the charlatans and MAGA personalities who convinced a bunch of elderly people to commit crimes? Yes.

Part of my sales pitch is to advise people to work out their issues on their own outside of court. 90%+ of the time they prefer hiring the attorney.
Take it up with the market

Lisa Monaco started this. LINK It is purely political. Spare us your contrarian troll that old people were duped by Trump.

By Trump? No. Never said that but I'll clarify. Trump personally had nothing to do with this.
We had discussions on this very board with people who were all caught up in the stupidity trying to explain to them this theory was without any merit and complete lunacy. Those people doubled down.
My comment from the other thread:
quote:
When people on here pretend like it's no big deal to promote lunacy and enrage emotions, they need to think of people like this who believed the grifters and charlatans. It's only 1 or 2 steps above Indian scammers trying to steal their money.
Hell, on this board you had educated, non-old posters, some lawyers, who are ALL IN on this stupidity.
Emotional thinking is bad. Emotional thinking in large numbers and an echo chamber is dangerous.

Coincidentally, they both rely on human suffering to make a buck, so it’s really no surprise.
